1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the ph2com website (ph2com.cam), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account or participating in any gaming activities.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements
To register an account on ph2com, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile phone number, email address, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on the ph2com Platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and confiscation of funds and winnings. ph2com employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify multi-accounting attempts and reserves the right to request additional verification documentation if multiple accounts are suspected.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify ph2com of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph2com shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You are prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party. Account sharing is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
All deposits to your ph2com account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. ph2com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter payments at authorized outlets (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier), and other payment channels as specified on the Platform. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.
Deposited funds are immediately credited to your ph2com account balance and are available for wagering on all games and betting markets offered on the Platform. Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of verified technical errors or fraudulent transactions conducted without your authorization. All deposit transactions are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology to ensure security.
3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering and security reasons. ph2com reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that fail to meet these requirements and to request additional documentation to verify account ownership.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
ph2com is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing activities. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal, unless the withdrawal is due to verified technical error or fraudulent deposit. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting the minimum wagering requirement may be subject to a 15% processing fee. ph2com reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are subject to abuse detection. 4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be completed before bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus" or "35x deposit + bonus"). Only real-money wagers on eligible games contribute toward meeting wagering requirements. Different games contribute at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%, table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10–20%, and some games may be entirely excluded from bonus play.
While bonus wagering requirements are pending, you are subject to maximum bet limits (typically PHP 100–200 per spin or bet) and game restrictions. Exceeding maximum bet limits or playing restricted games may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. 5. Gameplay Rules and Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of the occurrence. Disputes reported after this period may not be investigated or resolved.
ph2com will investigate all properly submitted disputes and respond within ten (10) business days. Disputes will be resolved based on transaction logs, game records, and system data maintained by ph2com. ph2com's decision on any dispute is final and binding. In the unlikely event that a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through ph2com's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
6. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes
- Colluding with other players, engaging in chip dumping, or participating in any form of coordinated fraud
- Using bots, automated software, or other tools to gain unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph2com staff or other players
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to third parties
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other advantage play activities
6.2 Account Suspension and Termination
ph2com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with fair gameplay and platform integrity. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked and any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations and verification procedures.
In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or serious Terms violations, ph2com reserves the right to withhold account balances pending completion of investigation. If violations are confirmed, ph2com may confiscate funds, void bets, and report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies. You acknowledge that account termination for Terms violations may result in forfeiture of all funds, winnings, and bonuses.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
ph2com strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. However, ph2com does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, technical issues, network interruptions, or events beyond ph2com's reasonable control. ph2com shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PH2COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PH2COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES PH2COM WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PH2COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PH2COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PH2COM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU HAVE MADE TO YOUR PH2COM ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9.3 Waiver
No waiver by ph2com of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. ph2com's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or ph2com's right to enforce it in the future.
